Fiber to Frock

I have been spinning for over 30 years. On my bucket list is making a garment from scratch. The wonderful thing about the SCA is that you give me deadlines so there's a chance I'll actually finish something.

• Foundations - Washing your fleece (Pennsic 45 A&S Display)
• Fabric - Weaving a medieval draft (Laurel's Prize Tourney)
• Spinning - Making the yarn for a dress (St. Elegius, 2023)
• Practicing for a Dress - Making a pair of winnegas as a large sample of fabric (Crown and Consort's Arts and Sciences Competition, 2024)
