This is the second "live" scroll I was assigned. Unfortunately I didn't know the recipient as well as I would hope, so I couldn't personalize it as well as my first. I was also floundering a bit for words and art. Then I thought a reminder the recipient could use on other projects might be appropriate.

Cover is 100% Merino wool felt, stitched down with blue reeled silk. Silver couching is some polyester stuff I had lying around. The "blackwork" is blue reeled silk on linen. The linen pages were ~3"x4".
